Joseph Wade Meyer - "Social Joe" is an all American good guy.
Joe's upbringing is from a military family. He has high morals and values. Joe is the most sociable of all the kids.
 
Anne and Buster are good friends of Joe's. Their conversations usually leads back to things they want to change in the Orphanage.
